 Facilities Available at the Centre

1.      Metal Composition Analyzer: The metal composition is analyzed by using SPECTROMAXx metal analyzer. It is used for chemical analysis of material of various soil engaging components such as rotavator / chaff cutter / thresher blades, cultivator shovels, share and share bar of MB plough. It determines chemical composition of materials such as carbon, silicon, phosphorous, sulphur, nitrogen etc.
2.      Engine Test Rig: Engine test rig is to test petrol and diesel engines of engine operated equipments such as weeders, sprayers and chaff cutters etc.) The equipment is capable of testing petrol and diesel engines up to 10 kW.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
3.      Spray Droplet Size Analyzer: Spray droplet analyser is used for analysis of droplet size of the sprayer. It consists of microscopes for micro & macro size droplet. It automatically counts hundreds of objects in seconds, which automatically derives measurements for size, shape, colour intensity for each object.
 
4.      Sprayer Testing Laboratory: It consists of different setup for tank impact test rig, test rig for strap drop, spray patternator, nozzle performance test rig, test rig for knapsack sprayer, reciprocating pump test bench, spray lance pressure test rig, centrifugal pump test rig, leakage test for delivery line, test set up for mist blower and, test rig for foot and rocker sprayer.
